In quiet col-de-sac street with secure parking for 4 cars. Located centrally in the heart of the Gold Coast. Great for families with large back yard for soccer/cricket/boules on artificial turf. As a rule we only take families. The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. We don’t take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am.
You will love this home from the minute you arrive. This single level, open plan with a huge king furniture lounge, pool and tv in each room, foxtel included, Netflix and Stan. Hi speed Wifi included, easily walk to shops, restaurants and the beach or stay at home and fish off the pontoon. Catch Muddies off the jetty.
NO GARAGE access. There is plenty of off street parking behind locked gate for security for 4 cars one undercover
You will have access to the whole house including 4 bedrooms, lounge room, BBQ and pool and yard.
BBQ must be cleaned or guests will be charged $50
Loss off remote control will be $150 replacement charge.
