This light-filled apartment has a beautiful spacious feel with a total of 112 square-feet in total. A staggering 35 square foot courtyard is perfect for entertaining and you have access to a ground level private courtyard. Undercover parking is available which is off street and very safe. The property itself if complete with anything you may need, from boasting European kitchen appliances, a coffee machine, BBQ and outdoor entertaining/dining space.

Guests will have complete access to the entire property, carpark and courtyard space.
This property is pet friendly, please note pets are a total of $30 per night, per pet. With a maximum total of 2 pets allowed. Please keep pets off of furniture at all times. There is a park a short 250m walk from the property to let your furry friends (or children) play in.

Auchenflower is located in the citys inner west, renowned for its steep narrow streets perched with views over the city. It is home to many chic and trendy spots to get a bite to eat, an afternoon drink, and a spot of shopping.

Public transport is of abundance being so close to the city. The Auchenflower train station is 350m away or you can walk or drive around to most things around the area. Buses depart from Toowong Village Shopping Centre, and Park Avenue leads onto Milton Road, where more public transport is on offer. The City Cat ferry is 950m away at Toowong, which will take you to multiple destinations via the Brisbane River.
