Checked out of our Contessa Apartment yesterday after 7 fantastic nights. The apartment is spacious with state of the art inclusions as well as modern tasteful decor that magnify stunning views all round. The extra facilities: pools, spas etc are ultra clean along with lovely well maintained garden surroundings. Highly recommend!!!

Craig found us a lovely property in Palm Beach and was very helpful throughout our stay there. He always answered our calls and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

After our house flooded, we needed to find temporary accommodation with 2 children with additional needs, our cats and 2 dogs. I didn't know how we would find something at short notice. I contacted Craig and explained our situation, and he not only found us a pet friendly place, but also it was a stunning property overlooking the water!

We had so many delays with our building work and had to extend our stay at short notice, Craig worked with us through this and reassured me throughout the process. Craig was easy to communicate with and prompt with his responses when i had any questions. He made the whole experience stress free and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palm Beach, even during the circumstances with our own home undergoing significant building repairs.

Fabulous spot. Had all the conveniences of home-shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, detergents, salt, pepper etc. Great view out to the river. Lovely and clean. Great decore and set up beautifully. Felt very clean. Even a bottle of wine on arrival - such a lovely touch.

They are very professional and responsive.

Was fantastic and family friendly. The water made for great fishing! Very comfortable and relaxing! The well equipped kitchen was cost effective for eating in!

We had a fabulous stay! We were there to celebrate my daughters birthday. The apartment was in an amazing location, so close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We will be back!

Quiet, comfortable and pet friendly

The property was clean and very well equipped. The only problem was noisy air conditioner.

Had a really lovely stay at the Gold Coast at this nicely renovated beachfront townhouse that had all the features needed for our weekend by the beach .. thank you for the wonderful BnB, and clear communication with friendly service!

My sister and I had a lovely short break at Elevate Brisbane. The apartment was clean, well appointed and located an easy walk to public transport and Southbank.
There was no noise from the street or neighbours inside the apartment.
I would stay again and recommend to others.

We had such a beautiful stay at this apartment. It’s hard to find pet friendly accommodation in Noosa, but this was perfect. A fantastic location, well appointed apartment and a responsive host. We look forward to our next visit!

Really easy check in, Great unit. I wasn’t expecting the bottle of wine on arrival. Only thing to watch is that in Australia we can’t download the app so I was getting lots of messages through from them but unable to read them. But experience was great.

We travelled from Melbourne and had been on the road for three weeks, staying in multiple Airbnbs. This was our final stop and it was the perfect way to end our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, which is very important to me. There were plenty of towels (great for a family with five kids), including pool towels. The backyard pool was beautiful and the kids absolutely loved it. We also appreciated the coffee pods, welcome chocolates, extra doonas and pillows, and the lovely furnishings throughout. There was so much space inside and out multiple seating areas at the front and back, a great BBQ area and a beautifully decorated interior. I loved the bench by the bedroom window, the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the view. Having a washing machine and dryer after weeks of travelling was a huge bonus. The host was very responsive, the location was great, and this place truly stood out compared to the others we stayed in. We would definitely stay again when visiting the Gold Coast.
