Guests will have access to the whole space including the roof top terrace. (This can be booked exclusively is arranged prior to booking in advance as it does come at an additional charge). The rooftop terrace is sometimes reserved for others and is not available for use.

– We require all guest to inform us ahead of time for any special request e.g cot, high chair, baby gear etc. These are subject to availability and needs to be requested in advance or you may contact the local baby hire places if items aren’t available. No last minute request.

Note: There is construction across the road.

“Things You Need to Know Before You Book”
– We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
– We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
– We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
– For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
– All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you’ll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
