As a rule we only take families. The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 9pm- 7am.
The inside car space measured at maximum height would be 1.8m There is about a 17 cm drop from the roof of concrete over our past space.

Broadbeach is a fantastic spot to stay! It is a central location on the Gold coast, with beautiful beaches, framed by lazy parks, home to weekend markets and week day yoga classes. Take a stroll down the broadbeach mall, visit the iconic Pacific Fair shopping centre, dine in one of the many award winning restaurants or bars or head over to The Star Casino with its 24 hour casino, bars and restaurants.
no need for a car as you have the G and bus stops so close but walking is the best way as everthing is so close
NOTE:
– Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25.
– All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
– Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
Please note: a pet fee of $33 per animal, per night (max. 2), will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved prior to checkin. If you are bringing a pet please note the bond will be raised to $1000. excess hair left will incur additionaly cleaning charge of $100.
“Things You Need to Know Before You Book”
– We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
– We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back).
– We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
– For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
– extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you’ll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
– Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $50 per night per item used
A $10 booking tax is levied on per bookings to cover guest ID and identity validation
You may be required to allow access for service personnel should repairs or maintenance be necessary. The guest agrees to allow the agent and/or
appointed tradesperson to enter onto the property at
any time to effect or investigate repairs or complaints.
All repairs will be affected as soon as practicable.
