Located in a quiet street, in Robina, this family friendly home encompasses relaxation and quality time, suiting groups of families or friends looking to escape and relax.

Accommodating up to 8 guests, this single-story, modern and spacious family home ticks all of the boxes. With an impressive alfresco living/dining space, situated poolside, with a large outdoor area to enjoy, it optimises relaxation whilst on holidays.

With 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, this Robina home is not short of space. It includes an open plan layout, and huge bi-fold doors to welcome the outdoors in. The large, solar heated swimming pool is the focal point of the property, with the alfresco living/dining options being adjacent to the space, to never be too far from the poolside action.

Modern refurbishments have transformed this family home, into a must-stay in the Gold Coast, being well located and well appointed, it really does have it all. From a large outdoor gym, to your personal indoor bar to a huge outdoor BBQ nook, this property was built to please.

Enjoy a well appointed kitchen, complete with modern appliances, coffee machine and a gas cook top.

A large spa bath occupies the Master ensuite, as well as 2 other spacious bathrooms to complete the property.

Guests have access to all areas except some locked cupboards and sheds.

– We dont take groups of individuals – this property is set up for families only.
– Must be over 25 to book and stay and must supply ID, sign rental agreement and provide security bond. (permitted externally as we are API connected pro hosts with air bnb).
No smoking in the home or you will forfeit your bond and pay for smoke deodorisation.
All pets must be prior approved before booking. $33 per pet per night max 2 pets per stay.

“Things You Need to Know Before You Book”

– We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
– We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
– We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
– For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
– All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you’ll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.

Perfectly located in the quiet neighbourhood of Robina. Less than 6km distance to the beach of Miami, famous for its high end restaurants, bars, and array of vibrant nightlife.

Pacific fair and the Casino are closely located by car or public transport.

The Gold Coast is well on the way to calling itself Australia’s adventure capital with no end of thrill-seeking activities available – think jet-boating, jet-skiing, off-road 4WD adventure drives, zorbing, surfing lessons, bungy jumping, tiger moth joy rides, helicopter tours, go-karting, Harley Davidson jaunts, WRX rally car racing, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, hot air ballooning, or cheer on the local team by enjoying a day at the footy, or rugby, or basketball, or local ironman contest is a great way to keep the whole family entertained. The famous Gold Coast theme parks are a short 25 min drive away.

The Q1 Observation Deck is a short drive away, on level 77 and 78 of Q1 Tower; is a must-see destination boasting sensational views – from the surf to the hinterland and beyond.

Discover the Hinterland
The Hinterland often gets forgotten in the glitz and glam of the Gold Coast. But up in the hills, the Coast can actually be very charming. Along the usual winery trails, there’s also homemade cheeses, fudge and local brews and liquors to be sampled. Go during the weekend and snap up some local produce at a Farmers’ Market, as well as some arts and craft. For the more adventurous, you can tackle one of the many rainforest walks available on Tamborine Mountain, or head down to NSW and Mt Warning. They don’t call it that for nothing – you’ll have to pull yourself up via a chain for the last few metres.

Gold Coast is famous for its legendary un-crowded beaches; particularly Surfers Paradise is patrolled every day from September to the first week of May usually from 08.00 to 17.00; during the holiday season patrol hours are from 07.00am to 18.30 with surveillance from 05.00 every day.
