As a rule we only take families. The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. We don’t take groups of more than 6 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 9pm- 7am.

The perks of living beachside, is that there really is no need to hire a car if you are travelling from interstate or overseas. Everything is located within walking distance. However if you wish to explore more of the outskirts of the Sunshine Coast Region, a car would be useful, which you can store in provided undercover parking.

NOTE:
– Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25.
– All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
– Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.

Please note: a pet fee of $33 per animal, per night (max. 2), will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved prior to checkin. If you are bringing a pet please note the bond will be raised to $1000. excess hair left will incur additional cleaning charge of $100.

“Things You Need to Know Before You Book”
– We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
– We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
– We also require a Security deposit which we will authorise separately. See House rules for more info
– For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
– All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you’ll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
– Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $50 per night per item used
A $10 booking tax is levied on per bookings to cover guest ID and identity validation

Insect and Pests-
QLD is a tropical climate in which insects, rodents, lizards and other animals such as possums and snakes unfortunately exist and you may encounter these pests during your stay. All of our homes are treated regularly with insecticides and the residue of these treatments may sometimes leave some dead insects in the properties. This is not a sign of infestation, rather that the treatment is working. Please notify us immediately if you see any live insects, so we may take appropriate action. An encounter with a pest inside or outside of your rental is not reason for termination of your rental agreement nor a refund of all or any part of your monies.

You may be required to allow access for service personnel should repairs or maintenance be necessary. The guest agrees to allow the agent and/or
appointed tradesperson to enter onto the property at
any time to effect or investigate repairs or complaints.
