Hi, please let us know how many adults/children are travelling with you and if you have any pets you are wanting to bring, they will need to be approved prior to booking. Please be mindful this is not a new home. It does back onto a national park with a lot of foliage dropping daily, some leaves will be blown onto paths and decks despite having been blown prior to next guest arrival. Please kindly note that this incredible home has many beautiful architectual aspects some of which are different to what you may be used to.

A pet fee of $33 per animal, per night (max. 2), will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved, and questions answered about the pet prior to checkin. Please note we take a bond seperate to airbnb

“Things You Need to Know Before You Book”

– We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
– We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
– We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
– For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
– Reservations will be subject to an extra cleaning surcharge which will be equal to 30% of the cleaning price if you check out on a Sunday or 50% of the cleaning price if you check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week. It can be avoided by extending your stay if available to Monday or the next day after the public holiday. If availability they are normally sold at 1/2 price
– Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $50 per night per item used
– A $30 booking charge is levied on per bookings to cover guest and identity validation
