As a rule we only take families. The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. We don’t take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 9pm- 6am.

Access to all parts of house and has double garage.

NOTE: Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25.

We have a strict no party policy or loud noise, and breach of this will forfeit bond. We value our neighbours who will contact if issue arises.

“Things You Need to Know Before You Book”
– We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
– We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back).
– We also require a Charge hold Security deposit which we will authorise separately. See House rules for more info
– For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
– Bins must be put out for collection Day indicated on the Bin. (excess rubbish will incur a $88 charge) – BBQ must be left cleaned after use.
– If checking out on a public holiday there is a surcharge surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you’ll check out on a public holiday. This is to be held the day before checkin so please ensure funds are available your arrival, or immediately if less than a week. Security charge are held for five days and then if your reservation is longer than that, it is renewed on the fifth day.
