A perfect couple getaway with your pet! You will have exclusive access to this townhouse throughout your stay. The property is pet friendly.

Walking distance to Wesley Hospital, train station, cafe, bottle shop, Rosalie cafes and an easy and very short drive to Toowong shopping centre and CBD.

You’ll have access to 1 BEDROOM in this large 3-bedroom townhouse with full ducted air-conditioning.

As a rule we only take families. The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. We don’t take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am.

You can add additional guests at a charge of $50 per guest per night. Please note: a pet fee of $33 per animal, per night (max. 2) will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved, and questions answered about the pet prior to checkin. If you are bringing a pet please note the bond will be raised to $1000.

You’ll have access to 1 BEDROOM in a 3 bedroom townhouse. All other rooms will be off limits, unless organized prior to check-in. Usage of the other 2 bedrooms will result in a charge of $100 per night stayed.
You will have exclusive access to this townhouse throughout your stay. The property is pet friendly.

Note: There is currently no microwave at is as it. We are waiting on it being delivered.

NOTE:
– Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25.
– All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
– Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.

“Things You Need to Know Before You Book”
– We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
– We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
– We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
– For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
– All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you’ll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
