Accommodating up to 6 guests, the bottom level retreat includes a delightful bedroom with a King-sized bed and another bedroom with 2 singles. For added comfort, we also provide a single foldout bed and a Queen-sized air mattress that can be set up in the lounge area.

The kitchen boasts modernity and is fully equipped, featuring a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and gas cooktop for your convenience.

Entertain yourself in the open living area, complete with a lavish 65-inch TV, while the bathroom with a luxurious tub adds a touch of indulgence.

If you book the bottom level, it may be possible that the top level be booked by someone else. This property does have a private access so there would be no need to access the top half of the property for any reason.

Guests have access to the entire bottom level of the property only on this listing. Here are some locked cleaners cupboards. These are strictly out of bounds.

** Note for the AC: For the bottom floor, only the king bedroom has AC and the 2x single doesn’t have one.**

Located less than 3km to Brisbane CBD, this property has amble public transport options such as the train, city cat and bus systems. Most attractions are within walking distance, or street parking and driving about is easy.

We kindly request our guests to refrain from hosting late-night parties or loud gatherings in consideration of our peaceful family-oriented neighborhood. However, there are numerous licensed venues nearby that can cater to your late-night entertainment needs, operating until 2 am.

Please take note that our property does not have a back fence. While we warmly welcome pets, we kindly ask that you ensure they receive proper care and attention during their stay. Please be mindful of this and for their safety, we recommend securing them on the enclosed deck, which can be easily adapted to suit their needs.

NOTE: Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25.

We have a strict no party policy or loud noise, and breach of this will forfeit bond $500 . We value our neighbours who will contact if issue arises.

Please note: a pet fee of $33 per animal, per night (max. 2), will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved, and questions answered about the pet prior to checkin.

Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $50 per night per item used. Please put in correct guest numbers and how many beds you require in the messaging. Sleep a maximum of 6 guests

“Things You Need to Know Before You Book”
– We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
– We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
– We also require a Security deposit charge hold which we will authorise separately. See House rules for more info
– For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
– an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you’ll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week. If the property is available the next night we normally offer for 1/2 price to avoid these fees if you can extend to Monday.
– “Starting August 16, 2023, A $30 booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation”
